So I just moved a bunch of posts around because people have started just posting wherever they please. These posts were mostly in general and members only and were really cluttering up those forums, not to mention making it hard to even find them. That is why there are several other forums that are specific to certain types of things. I'll give a brief rundown:

General - this is where you post off-topic things that have no other place such as birthday wishes, "I just had a baby," check out my new super awesome thing I just got, and regular old pictures of yourself, pets, whatever. Keep in mind that this is a public forum, so this is not the place to post n00ds unless you're an exhibitionist.

Funny and Random Stuff - this is where you post, you guessed it...funny and random stuff. If it's hilarious, if it's weird, if it's bizarre, or if it's just random, this is the place for it. Things like funny videos, weird pictures, crazy shit, and any other post making fun of me goes here.

Websites, Addons, and Patch Notes - If you come across a cool WoW related website or a neat post on Wowhead or MMO, this is place to post it. If you have anything to post about addons and mods, this is the forum for it. If it's a mod that pertains to a specific class, then feel free to post it in that class's forum instead. Anything to do with patch notes also goes here. Wow websites, mods, and patch notes shouldn't be posted in general or members only.

Guild Information and News - this is a forum where officers will post guild info. It's restricted to only officers because there really isn't a need for members to post here.

Apply Here - obviously this is the application forum. Please only post here if you have something constructive to say about an app.

Wanted/Trade - If you're looking for something specific in game or you have something to sell, you would post here. For example, if you want someone to craft something for you, if you want to buy a pet, if you want runed or crusader orbs, or you're looking for someone to enchant for you or cut gems, you would post here. If you have something to sell or you have extra cards or something that you're trying to get rid of, post here.

PvP - interesting pvp related stuff goes here.

Members Only - This is like the general forum only it's not a public forum. So any off-topic posts that you don't want anyone other than guild members to see would go here.

Weekly Raids and AFK - If you're going to miss a raid or you'll be late, post here. If you want to plan your own raid or you're looking to join a 10man or alt 25man raid, post here. WWS reports are also in this forum.

Quests/Instances - if you're looking for help with a quest or you want to plan 5man runs, post here.

Next are the specific raid forums - obviously ToC posts would go under ToC, Ulduar posts under Ulduar, etc. Don't plan raids here, use the Weekly Raids forum for that.

Below that are the class forums. If you can't figure out which one is yours because they have crazy names, ask someone. They're pretty easy to figure out though
